PACKAGING

All Noir Cellars orders arrive in our signature packaging — a rigid black outer box with gold foil branding, custom tissue wrap in black and gold, and a branded seal. For gift orders, a ribbon and personalised card are included. This is not the packaging of an online shop — it is the packaging of a luxury brand.

TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED SHIPPING

For fine wine and aged spirits orders above £200, we use specialist temperature-controlled carriers to maintain a consistent 10–15°C transit environment. This ensures your bottles arrive in the same condition they left our cellar.

TRACKING

Every order receives a tracking link via email at dispatch. For high-value orders, a signature is required on delivery to ensure your bottles are received safely.

At Noir Cellars, we take no shortcuts in delivery. Every order is packed in custom-designed, thermally insulated packaging, individually wrapped to prevent breakage, and shipped with full insurance cover.
